Information for Members of the Islamic Faith

To serve Islamic teachers and students, we have established a designated prayer room on the 2nd floor of our Structural Proteomics Center. The Muslim Students Association, organized by our international students, offers information on Muslim life and resources in Taiwan.

Common food-ordering phrases

The Muslim Students Association lists common food-ordering phrases in Mandarin and English for foreign teachers and students to fully express themselves.

Halal restaurants

The following PPT includes a list of several Halal restaurants in Taichung. Additionally, students can check the Muslim-friendly Environment webpage (Ministry of Transportation and Communications) for restaurants with Halal certification in Taiwan.

To serve Islamic teachers and students, we have established a designated prayer room on the 2nd floor of our Structural Proteomics Center.
Opening hours: 24/7. Teachers and students can enter at any time with the password.
