Library
The Chung-Cheng Memorial Library suffered severe damages from the large-scale earthquake on 21 September 1999. During reconstruction, the library’s main collections and resources were moved to three temporary sites: the Monograph Lending Center located in the basement of the Student Center, the Reference and Periodical Service Center located in the basement of the Hui-Sun Auditorium, and the Library Administration and AV Room located on the first level of the former Science-Engineering Building. The current National Chung-Hsing University Library was inaugurated on 21 September 2005. Measuring 34,492 square meters, it has seven floors and a basement, with 2,100 reading seats and building-wide wireless internet access.

Art Center
Since its preparation and establishment, it has been highly valued and praised by all parties. Thanks to the great support of art masters, they continue to give instructions, encouragement, and priceless gifts of masterpieces for the collection and exhibition of the Art Center. There are more than 400 pieces traditional Chinese paintings, calligraphy, oil paintings, prints, photography, sculptures, and modern paper art. In addition to the collection of art works, the Art Center also provides students with a better understanding of art and the attainment of art and culture. A series of art activities are held from time to time.There are works exhibitions, special speeches, performances and art exercises, etc., for our school’s teachers, students and staff . |

Health and Counseling Center
The health and counseling center also plants the NCHU into its core value, following the ''N''ature, associated with ''C''oncern, offering ''H''ealth environment, and make us live in a physical and mental ''U''nion state, to alive the school, National Chung Hsing University. |

Chung Hsing Lake
The Chung Hsing Lake in front of the library was founded in 1977. It is like a small zoo with beautiful and elegant black swans, big white geese, the mallard ducks in groups, and little squirrels.The cute figure of each animal attracts passersby to pick up the camera to capture the lovely scene. |
NCHU Mart
The NCHU Mart used to be a Ganzai store. It was officially incorporated into the administrative organization in August 2013 and repositioned. One of the main goals is to create NCHU brand, so the "NCHU Boutique Pavilion" is set up in the store to provide consumers with more modern and comfortable shopping space.It mainly promotes the high-quality agricultural products produced by the Agricultural Resources Institute. Such as rice, coffee, honey, soy sauce exquisite gift boxes . At the same time, the new product “NCHU Café “was launched, which is a combination of NCHU’s well-known high-quality products "Huisun Coffee" and "NCHU Milk".This can satisfy consumers who love freshly brewed coffee. As for the fresh food area, fresh vegetables, fresh milk and meat will be provided. The most important thing is that a special area is set up in the store to display all edible product inspection certificates and reports.It not only sells agricultural products, but also sells organic vegetables certified by NCHU’s Agricultural Products Verification Center. However,frozen meat and eggs have passed the inspection of the nationally certified laboratory unit.It allows people to buy and eat healthily. |

Huisun Auditorium
Completed in the 1980s, it is an important art and cultural performance center in the central part of Taiwan. It can accommodate more than 4,000 people. The school holds graduation ceremony here every year. Ceremonies, campus concerts and film screenings, etc. Huisun films are the characteristic campus activities of NCHU and have a history of more than 30 years.It has been loved by the residents in the southern district of Taichung City for many years. In addition, off-campus units hold activities in the Central District, and they often rent Huisun Auditorium for events.

Experimental Forest
TAAF has gone through numerous expansions and transformations since its birth in 1919 and has gradually evolved into National Chung Hsing University as it is today. As an integral part of this evolution, the administration and operations of the aforementioned four experimental forest stations have also gone through several changes and re-organizations in parallel and have finally evolved into the Experimental Forest Management Office (EFMO) of the university.
