This project involves the mobility of Students to Turkey and from Turkey in a collaborative framework of institutions taking part. Candidates complying with the following basic requirements can be selected for a grant under Erasmus+ Programme, Key Action 1 Mobility for Learners and Staff in the sector of Higher Education, NCHU could nominate 3 students for mobility for studies(up to 5 months) and 3 students for mobility for Traineeships (up to 3 months) during Academic Year 2021-2022.

General Requirements:

1. Enrolled students.

2. Recommended language of instruction is CEFR B1 (English).

3. Above GPA 2.5

 
Applicants' Rights and Obligations:

1. ERASMUS+ program will cover monthly allowances: Students 800EUR/ month.

2. Selected candidates will receive top-up amounts to support them in covering their travel costs (amount based on a travel distance).

3. Students proposed study program at the host university: 30 ECTS /semester; Students would need to discuss with supervisor and supervisor would need to agree on students' mobility.

This step is to verify that you are approved and reviewed by your department.

Academic transcript of all semesters

* Chinese version and English Version of the transcripts can be applied at the Division of Registration, Office of Academic Affairs, or by using the academic transcript auto printing machine.
* Transfer students without NCHU academic transcript have to provide the transcript of all semesters from the former institution.
* First-year graduate students, NCHU academic transcript have to provide the full transcript of his/her Bachelor's program.

Ranking Certificate

* The Certificate can be applied at the Division of Registration, Office of Academic Affairs, or by using the academic transcript auto printing machine.

* Second-year Master's students have to provide the first-year ranking certificate.

2 recommendation  letters from teachers

Recommendation letters may be written in either English or Chinese and should be prepared using the form provided by NCHU OIA. Recommenders must be the faculty of NCHU. At least one of the recommendation letters for a Master's student should be obtained from his/her advisor (those without an advisor can obtain the letter from the head of the graduate institute).

Certificate of language proficiency

* The certificate must be issued within recent 2 years, and the score has to meet  NCHU's standard.
* If you cannot get the original copy of the language test result, you may use the printout from the website as temporary proof. After receiving the original copy, please submit its photocopy to us.

* CEFR synopsis

Application Procedure:

1. Please deliver a hardcopy of the application documents to the OIA office by 17th June, 2021.

2. Master students need to turn in the pre-acceptance letter written by their supervisors at NCHU.

This project involves the mobility of Students to Poland and from Poland in a collaborative framework of institutions taking part. Candidates complying with the following basic requirements can be selected for a grant under Erasmus+ Programme, Key Action 1 Mobility for Learners and Staff in the sector of Higher Education, NCHU could nominate 1  Student (Priority-Master student) .

General Requirements:

1. Enrolled students. *Master students are priority. If there is no Master applicants, we could nominate bachelor students.

2. Recommended language of instruction is CEFR B1 (English).
