Kyoto University 2024-25 Asian Future Leaders Scholarship Program (AFLSP)

AIM: 
Under the administration of Bai Xian Asia Institute (BXAI), the AFLSP provides a platform on which students and educational institutions in East Asia can cultivate lasting relationships based on mutual trust and understanding essential tools for building bridges across cultures.

FEATURE:
 AFLSP at Kyoto U. provides a two-years, Japan highest-class scholarship (approx. 150,000-220,000 Yen/Month + Admission + Tuition + Program. The actual amount may vary depending on the exchange rate.) with a professional enrichment program to approximately 3-5 scholars per year.

Eligibility:

  1. Completed a bachelor’s degree at NCHU (or are expecting to complete such a degree).
  2. Under 35 years of age at the time of application.
  3. High proficiency in English (English proficiency at a level roughly equivalent to a TOEFL iBT score of 90 or more is preferred) and presentation skills.
  4. Expecting to enroll in a master’s degree program as a regular (degree-seeking) student at a graduate school of Kyoto University in April 2025.

  8. Certificate of enrollment (if the applicant is expecting to graduate from a university)
  9. Academic Transcript
  10. Declaration of Understanding and Agreement for an International Student Scholarship Application
  11. Letter of Admission from a graduate school at Kyoto University
  12. Copy of Residence Card (both sides)

Application period: November 1 (Fri) to November 12 (Tue), 2024(closes at 5:00 p.m. Japan time).
