To better integrate resources, a new registration system will be implemented starting with the Spring 2026 semester. Please refer to the following important notes for 2026 spring registration.

1. 2026 Spring New Policies
- 🗓️Semester-based Registration: Registration is now conducted once per semester. Registration will be held uniformly at the beginning of the semester. Please note that, in principle, no additional free courses will be released mid-semester.
- 💰Single Deposit, Multiple Courses: Good news! A single deposit of NT$2,000 covers all the courses you select for the entire semester. Feel free to enroll in more than one class!
- 💪Smart Planning: We encourage you to evaluate your schedule and language level carefully before applying to make the most of your learning experience.
2. Application & Placement Test Process
- Step 1: 📧After submitting this form, check your inbox for a Registration Confirmation Email. Please complete the deposit payment as soon as possible.
- Step 2:🔑 Once we verify your payment, we will send you the credentials for your Chinese Placement Test via email.
- Step 3: ⏱️ Please complete the online test on your own before the specified deadline.
- Step 4: 🧑🏫 After completing the placement test, you will receive a course selection link. Please choose classes that fits your level and schedule within the given period.
- Step 5: 📢 After the selection deadline, the official admission list for each course will be announced.
⚠️ Notice: If no class suits your level or time, please email the organizer for a refund at the end of the semester.
3. Deposit Refund Policy (保證金退費規範)
To receive your refund at the end of the semester, please meet ANY ONE of the following conditions:
- ✅ The overall attendance rate of ALL ENROLLED courses must reach 80% or above.
- ℹ️ If you are unable to attend any courses due to personal or unforeseen reasons after the placement test.
⚠️ Important Reminder on Refund Schedule: All deposit refunds (including those for students who withdraw early) will be processed collectively at the end of the semester. We kindly ask for your patience as no early refunds can be issued during the term.
