Following the sessions, recruitment-oriented training programs are conducted to help participants develop job-seeking skills, familiarize themselves with Taiwan’s workplace culture, and enhance their résumé performance. Through these activities, participants can overcome common job search challenges and further strengthen their motivation and competitiveness for employment in Taiwan. |
