I. Admission list

Exchange Program – Past Exchange Information and Lists

The quota for each partner university is determined based on the officially signed agreement between the two institutions and may be updated according to the balance of number of outgoing and incoming exchange students and the most recent confirmations from our partner institutions.
Please refer to the latest information of OIA for the final quota. Thank you for your understanding.

II. Important Notes

1. Admitted Students should fill in Online Exchange Students Admission Confirmation Form by Dec. 19 2025 3PM. Failure to respond by the deadline will be regarded as a withdrawal from admission. Admitted students who wish to withdraw from the exchange program must complete the online withdrawal form and submit a signed hard copy of the “Confirmation Form” to the OIA, or send a scanned copy by email.

***Please make sure to confirm your acceptance before the deadline. After confirmation of admission, if you wish to withdraw from the exchange program for personal reasons, please inform OIA coordinator before nomination whenever possible.

2. Non-admitted Students should submit the second-round choices by Dec. 26, 2025 3PM, based on the list of universities with remaining quotas.

Note: Quotas relinquished by admitted students will not be released for the second-round placement.

* Up to three 3 choices may be submitted for overseas universities and three 3 for China universities. If students wish to apply to both overseas and China universities, a maximum of five 5 choices in total may be submitted.

3. If admitted students wish to change their preferred choices, they may notify the OIA by email. Submission of the “Confirmation Form” is not required in this case. Please fill in  the second-round placement form. In such cases, it will be regarded as forfeiting the original placement. If you are not satisfied with the university assigned in the second-round placement, you cannot be reassigned to your originally admitted university.
