2024 Chinese Course - Spring Term
Course Objectives
- Workplace Chinese (Intermediate level or above)
This course focuses on enhancing the Chinese language proficiency of international students seeking employment opportunities in Taiwan, assisting them in acquiring comprehensive Chinese language skills necessary for workplace interviews, communication, negotiation, and more. Additionally, it aims to deepen their understanding of Taiwanese corporate culture and improve their cross-cultural communication abilities in the workplace.
- Conversation Chinese (Beginner level)
This course focuses on improving the oral expression skills of international students in Chinese. Through simulated real-life scenarios, students will have the opportunity to deepen their conversational skills in Chinese. The course content includes daily communication, campus consultations, shopping, medical visits, renting accommodations, etc.

All NCHU international students are welcome.
Fee
Free but with refundable NTD1,000 deposit, and book fees are not included.
*The deposit will not be refunded if you miss 8 hours or more of class (including excused absences).

- Deadline: April 19, 2024 (First come first served until the capacity is reached.)

- A refundable deposit of NT$1,000 is required. After you register online, please go to OIA office to pay the deposit. If not, your application will be canceled.
- The registration is completed after you receive a confirmation email with details and notification for the course. If you do not receive it, please contact our office.
