About the Internship

【Qualifications】

Students majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Optoelectronics, Computer Science, Statistics, and related departments, from senior to graduate students (including Master's and Ph.D. students).

【Positions】

Technical Research & Development, Process Integration, Process Engineering, Smart Manufacturing, Information Technology, Data Analysis, etc.

【Locations】

1. UMC Hsinchu Science Park / Southern Taiwan Science Park
2. UMC Singapore Branch

【Compensation】

Monthly internship salary: NT$ 35,000~NT$ 44,000, meal subsidies, and a 50% discount on company dormitories.

Upon conversion to full-time employment, you may also receive a signing bonus!
