【NCUE  × NUST】 Cultural Trip to South Changhua - 2024. Nov 16th (Sat.)

Activity Introduction

This time we will go to South Changhua to have a full day of rice food culture experience through guided tours and DIY experience activities.
In the morning, we will visit Dongluoxi Farm in Erlin, Changhua. Erlin is an important agricultural town in Changhua. The crops include rice, grapes, dragon fruit, etc., so we will conduct a series of diverse activities, including rice cake making, straw handicrafts and Kiln control to promote cultural exchanges through rich traditional activities; For lunch, we will enjoy Changhua's special food "Cabbage Rice" and various delicacies at the farm.; In the afternoon, we will go to Xihu Sugar Factory and take a mini-train back to the heyday of the sugar industry that has been around for more than a hundred years. Come on a railway journey that combines traditional agriculture and sugar industry!

Fee：Free, but a NTD 500 deposit is required in advance, which will be refunded at the end of the event.

• If participants fail to attend the event on the scheduled day, this deposit will not be refunded.
• Payment must be completed by October 15th to complete the registration process.
• The registration cancellation deadline is 2024/11/9 23:59. Refund applications will not be accepted after the deadline.
