Description: RAPIXUS provides opportunities for Indonesian and Malaysian international students to have early exposure to the workplace, paving the way for their post-graduation career planning. By participating in the development of the domestic cybersecurity industry, they can cultivate skills and knowledge in research and development, information, and cybersecurity, as well as accumulate work experience in the field. The goal is for them to bring back their expertise and experience to their home countries for further development.

Method:
1. Eligibility: Individuals with a background in information or cybersecurity, or those interested in the information and cybersecurity industry and aspiring to enter it after graduation. Proficiency in at least Mandarin Chinese (required), English (bonus), and either Indonesian or Malay (one of them), with fluent communication and reading and writing skills. This opportunity is available for current Indonesian and Malaysian international students or soon-to-be graduates.
2. Program duration: Starting from July 1, 2023, each phase of the program offers a three-month contract training period. Outstanding performance in each phase will be evaluated by RuiSi Information for eligibility to continue to the next phase.
3. Program details:
   a. Each phase provides three positions for Indonesian and Malaysian international students to join the program through part-time work.
   b. Approval from RAPIXUS is required after submitting an application to formally join the program.
   c. Participants in the program are provided with a guaranteed employment period of three months by RAPIXUS, during which they will receive adequate education and training in research and development engineering or technical services. They will also receive compensation beyond the statutory requirements, in accordance with labor laws, with all the benefits mandated by labor laws.
   d. Each month, a guaranteed 80 hours of working time will be provided, with flexibility to accommodate the students' academic schedules.
   e. In addition to technical learning, assistance will be provided to support RAPIXUS's projects for overseas clients in Indonesia, Malaysia, and other countries.
   f. Outstanding performance during the program will also provide students with eligibility for future employment contracts, allowing them to choose between formal employment or continued participation in RuiSi's future development.

4. Salary payment: Students formally participating in the program will receive an hourly wage according to labor law regulations, with an additional 10% for the first phase (first three months) and an additional 20% for the second phase (next three months). Students will need to provide their personal bank account for salary payments.
5. If there are any adjustments to the above methods, RAPIXUS will make announcements accordingly.
