Subsidies for English Teaching
English-taught programs and professors
Amount of Subsidy
Program office subsidy: $100,000 per semester
Teaching material subsidy: $10,000 per credit point
- Each professor can apply for subsidies up to 4 courses. (Seminars, dissertations, and practical training are excluded.)
- If you are a full-time professor, the course will be subsidized starting from the third one you taught.
- The courses can only get subsidized either by OIA or by Office of Academic Affairs.
- The funding source for these subsidies is the Higher Education Sprout Project, and the required invoices shall be checked before the deadline and the expenditures shall be written off in accordance with NCHU’s regulations.
