Program for Academic Exchange (PAX) for 2008/2009

Application for Exchange Students of 2008/9  is due on May 15, 2008

1) A completed application form with photo attached.

2) Certificate of Enrollment issued by the student’s home institution.                                   

3) Official transcript of academic records (translated into Chinese or English) issued by the student’s home institution.

4) Two letters of recommendation

5) A study plan, written in Chinese or English.

6) Autobiography of 300-500 words, written in Chinese or English.

7) Additional relevant materials as may be required by the program you are applying to.

-As an exchange student of PAX, you will receive the following supports: (1) free lodging in dormitory on campus, (2) tuition fees waived, (3) health insurance (personal accident insurance), and (4) monthly stipend (NT$8000)
